Palmer Stake Youth Dance Schedule 2026

 Held @ the Colony Building  ~~  8:00 - 10:30 pm

 On the 4th Saturday of each month/**unless otherwise noted.

For youth ages 14 to 18 years old

Enter the Dance at the East Entrance of the Colony Building!

Leader Info:  

Each month the Stake YM & YW Presidencies will be contacting each Ward to get the name(s) of the Adult leaders that will be assigned to chaperone the dance.

**If you have a theme and/or a poster for the dance your Ward is hosting, please let Stake Youth Leaders know so it can be posted and shared!! If you need help making a poster, ask a Stake Leader about available resources. 

Reminder Stake Youth Dance Funding Policy

The stake will reimburse expenses made by the sponsoring ward up to $200.00 per event. Expenditures in excess of that amount will be the responsibility of the sponsoring ward.

Please submit the receipts in PDF format with an explanation of the reason for the expense with some detail. For example – stake dance, balloons and crepe paper for decorations, 500 cookies and 4 bottles of drink mix for refreshments.

Submit the request and receipts to Stake Finance Clerk Dennis Harwood.

Paper requests and receipts may also be submitted if that is preferred. It will be your responsibility to get them into the hands of Brother Harwood or Brother Nelson.
