“The Joy we feel has little to do with the circumstances of our lives and everything
to do with the focus of our lives.” President Russel M. Nelson
The Monthly Preparation Chart is designed to help you spiritually prepare and physically prepare for Trek. Being prepared before your feet ever hit the dusty trek trail will bring "Joy in the Journey" for you and everyone participating in Trek!
We encourage you to seek guidance from your Father in Heaven as you complete these goals. As you prayerfully prepare for Trek, you will be strengthened and tender mercies will bless your life. You will be prepared to bless the lives of others.
Below is a monthly outline with links to resources to use as your guide. You can also print the Monthly Preparation Chart to use as a daily reminder.
